We at Poi Doctor can arrange that for you!

You have 3 options to choose from:

  • Option 1: If you are going to order a "Staff" (for instants), there is in the dropdown a custom option.
    Click on it and we will know that you wish to have a customized staff.
  • Option 2: If you are ordering a product and want it to be customized, then you can add a request in "Order review".
    To let us we know what your idea's are for the customized product. You can find "Order review" in the check out page.
  • Option 3: You can send us an email with your wishes for the customized product.

We will contact you about your wishes and with further information. Once we have all the information we need, we will make the customized product for you.


My account

If you choose to register to our website you get a personal Poi Doctor account. Where you can check your current order status, order history, view your wishlist and update your personal information.
Your personal information will be automatically saved in our database, so we can easily contact you. We (as Poi Doctor) do not own your password, do not have access to your Poi Doctor account and respect your personal privacy.

When you forgot your password click on "Forgot your password" in the Log in page, you will automatically receive an email from us with a link to create a new password. If this link does not work send us an email and we will see what we can do.



You place an order by adding the products, you so much desire, into your shopping cart. Follow the check-out instructions and choose a payment method to your liking.
After the payment is done, only then your order at Poi Doctor has been placed and you will receive an email that your order is confirmed. From here your order lies in our hands, we will prepare it and send it as fast as we can!

For our lovely Dutch friends: You can also choose to pick up your order at a spinjam nearby.

What if you ordered an awesome Poi Doctor product and it is not in stock?
Once we received your order and confirm that the product is not in stock, we will make contact with you! We can offer you different solutions and options to help you get your order of Poi Doctor spinning products!


Payment & Pricing

There are different payment options available:


  • This is the fastest payment method we have to offer. With their system you can transfer the exact amount of money to our bank account. The payments that are made through IDEAL, are immediately in our system.
    This allows us to pass directly to delivery. If you want more information about IDEAL, click here. The IDEAL payment is carried out by IDEAL, this company is a payment provider.


  • Through PayPal you can pay with your checking account or credit card. You can sign up for a PayPal account through your email address, which will be associated with your data.
    After obtaining the consent of the payment, PayPal writes the amount automatically from your bank account or credit card. For more information about PayPal, click here. The payment through PayPal is carried out by PayPal, this company is a payment provider.

Credit Cards:

  • Pay directly with your credit cards, for more information click here. The payment by credit card is carried out by PayPal, this company is a payment provider.

Bank Transfer Payment:

  • This payment option allows you to transfer the right amount of money to our bank account. If you choose for this option, you'll receive the Poi Doctor bank account data per email.

If a tool happens to break down for whatever reason, we want to repair it for you!
With our division "Parts and Accessories" we will improve your tools and make it even better than it was before!

Send us a message via our site and we will let you know if it can be fixed and how (this can be under guarantee, if the product is from our shop).
If the tools are not repairable the best advice we can give is to order something new or replace the broken items.


Shipping & Delivery

After the order is placed, we prepare it as fast as we can, so it can be shipped and taken care of by PostNL. Once we confirmed that we have the products for your order in stock, we will start the packing and shipping process. We will to have enough in stock of course, but in case we don't have the products you ordered in stock, you'll receive an email with new information.
When the shipping process starts you'll receive two emails. One to let you know that we are packing your purchased order and the second email is a conformation of the shipment plus a track and trace code from PostNL.

We said it before but, if you live in the Netherlands and it is near to where you live, you can choose to pick up your order at a spinjam! Then you don't have any shipping costs.


It is possible that not every shipment will go as planned. If you have not received your parcel within the specified arrival time, then you can contact us and we will inform PostNL about the lost / missing parcel.

Dutch Taxes 21% VAT (BTW)

When ordering on our site you already pay the Dutch 21% VAT (BTW), this is included in the prices on our website. When it is an international shipping additional import fees may apply, this is depending on the taxes relations between your country and the Netherlands.


Viewing Orders

You can view your order status here, Order status page. Fill in the form correctly and you will get your order status right away. If you have a Poi Doctor account you can also view your order status there.

What if you can't view your order status?
If for any reason it is not possible to find your order status please make contact with us and we will help you further.


Warranty & Returns

It can happen that your are not happy with the products once you received them. You have a "cooling off period" which starts exactly 1 day after you received your order from Poi Doctor. This period lasts 14 days, within this period you can choose to return a product or your full order. After these 14 days you can not return any items and the placed order is a fact.

You get a 100% refund for unused and undamaged Poi Doctor items.

Once you filled it in, we will contact you kindly and see what we can do for you. But let's hope this never has to be the case.
