How to fit to you:

• Make the length you prefer. We recommend between your current poi and the floor when holding it, start long.
• You make a figure eight knot on the ring to lock it, the rest you can tuck away. Change until the length feels right while playing.
• After 2 weeks you can cut it, recommend to leave 2-5cm to cut later.

Every time you cut the rope you have to burn the ends, so it will not unravel.
